Kao kupcu nemackog brenda Tourby i clanu i ruskog foruma ljubitelja satova, sinovci iz Tourby-ja su me zamolili da nadjem coveka koji pregovara sa njima i predam sledece: ( ovo je mail koji sam ja dobio od Lise, direktora prodaje Tourby i interesantan je zato sto i mi dikutujemo na istu temu, jel da?)

I`ve discussed your request with my boss and we checked the discussion on
watch.ru

First, we are happy that you like our watches. We would like to build a special
edition for the Russian watch forum. It would be a great advertisement for our
company.

Before we reply to your questions we would like to clarify some things. We read
on your forum that a member calculated a price of 200€ production costs on each
Tourby “Guilloché” watch model. This is absolute unbelievable. Our “Guilloché”
watch model cost 899€ inkl. German V.A.T (19%). Net price excluded VAT is 755€.
60% will cover the costs of each watch and 40% is our margin. We would like to
give you 30% discount and will have 10% profit on each watch only. We like to
promote TOURBY WATCHES in Russia. We belive the best way of promotion is when
the people can check the quality and the design of our watches in person. May
the Russian people will like TOURBY and will order more watches from our
company. This is why we give you a big discount of 30%. Normaly we do not offer
any discounts on our watches. But we would like to advertise our brand in Russia
and would like to have more Russian customers in the near future .

When you compare our prices with others German brands, please keep in mind that
we producing max. 500 watches per year only. Other German brands producing
+5.000 or may +10.000 watches per year. This makes a big difference in costs. It
makes a difference if you produce 100 pieces or 1.000 pieces or 10.000 pieces.
It makes a big difference if you buy 100 movements on the market or 10.000
movements. Other watch brands ordering thousands of movements from ETA company
directly and paying half of the price what we paying for 100 movements from
resellers. Some German brands don´t build their watches in-house. The watches
are build from a big factory, who producing watches for many other brands. This
factory may buying 50.000 ETA movements per year and can offer their watches for
low price. But we buying max. 500 movements per year only from reseller, not
from ETA directly (ETA accept orders of +1.000 pieces only). We may paying
DOUBLE for an movement. It is easy and less expensive to buy
“ready-made-watches” from a factory and only drop-shipping, like other watch
brands do. But we build our watches by hand in our own workshops in Germany
(Hagen and Bochum). We make the final controls here (we have very strict final
controls). We adjust all watches in 5 positions. Water Resistance controls
in-house. We are true watchmakers and offering true watchmaking. We offering
custom made watches. We can do hand engravings, skeletonizings, overhauling,
perlage, guilloche, enamel and many more. We make the finish on our watch case
in-house.

Here our offer to you:

42mm watch case, 10.8mm thickness, A (with screwed lugs) or B (with smooth lugs)
watch case, polished finish with brushed sides, triple rings on the bezel (“e”
bezel model), domed sapphire with inside AR, display caseback sapphire, onion
crown, guilloche dial, heat-blued steel Breguet hands, Swiss Made ETA Unitas
6498-1 decorated movement (CDG, blue screws, polished windig wheels, Incabloc),
genuine Lousiana alligator strap (handmade in Germany), deployant buckle, travel
leather case box, 1 year warranty.

“Guilloché” dials can made from brass (standard) or 925 Sterling Silver
(extra). The price of 530€ NET is when you choose a dial made of brass. Same
watch but with a dial made of genuine 925/000 Sterling Silver would be 590€ NET.
Payment by bank wire or PayPal (+4%).

"customization" is available for extra costs:

Custom made print on the dial: +8€ each watch (one design only for all watches)

Custom made engravings on the caseback: + 8€ each watch (one design only for all
watches)

Custom made design for hands (Marine, Louis XV, CATHEDRALE): +10€ each watch

Custom made design for dial: + 10€ each watch (your design with our current guilloché pattern)

Custom made “guilloche” pattern: +60€ each (your design with your new guilloché pattern)

We can build the dial on your picture if you choose a “guilloche” pattern from
our current collection (Guilloché 1, 2 or 3 model). This means your dial but the
middle of the dial would have the same “guilloche” pattern like on the attached
picture. If you like new design “guilloche” pattern it would costs +6.000€ extra
tooling charge (CADOR) or +8.000€ tooling charge (Deutsche Zifferblatt
Manufaktur) to make guilloche pattern. All 100 dials need to have the same
design and same print. 2 colors (50 silver / 50 black, or 50 silver /50 blue).
Please keep on mind that blue hands are not readable on a blue or black dial. So
silver dial would be the best with blue hands (like on our website)

Ovo mi nekako nije logicno.. Ako oni kupuju 500 ETA mehanizma za duplu cenu od
trece partije zato sto ETA samo hoce da primi narucbe od minimalno 1000 komada,
zar onda nije pametnije kupiti 1000 komada od ETA za iste te pare kao 500 od trece partije?

koliko sam ja shvatio i koliko sam upoznat, nece ETA svima da prodaje. trenutno je skandal u ovoj industriji. ETA je prestala da prodaje rezervne delove sitnim majstorima, sajdzijama i firmama. mnogi su pred bankrotom zbog toga..

Zma i ja sam to cuo ili procitao negde ne mogu sad bas da se setim. Cak neke firme se okrecu drugim proizvodjacima ili proizvodnji svojih mehanizama, da bi izbegli bankrot. Naravno ovo je neproverena informacija, tako da je ne uzimate zdravo za gotovo, nisam 100 posto siguran da je to tacno
